Speech Pathologist

Join a team where relationships come first.

At be™, we believe every child deserves to be understood, supported, and celebrated for who they are. We are a neurodiversity-affirming, relationship-based paediatric practice located in the beautiful Sunshine Coast Hinterland, supporting children, young people, and families through Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Allied Health Assistance, and Support Work.

We are seeking passionate Speech Pathologists to join our growing team in either a part-time or full-time capacity.

Whether you're an early-career clinician looking for strong support and mentoring or an experienced Speech Pathologist seeking a workplace that truly aligns with your values, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Speech Pathologist at be™, you will play an integral role within our multidisciplinary team, supporting children and adolescents through strengths-based assessment, therapy, and family-centred support.

You will work collaboratively with children, families, educators, and other professionals to develop meaningful goals and create supports that honour each child's unique way of experiencing and engaging with the world.

Our clinicians are encouraged to follow children's interests, build authentic relationships, and focus on participation, connection, communication, and wellbeing rather than compliance-based approaches.
