    We celebrate the natural diversity of human brains and see neurological differences as part of the richness of human experience — not deficits to be fixed.

Our Story

About be™
be™ is a family-owned business founded in 2023 by Liz Garcia, a passionate Speech Pathologist and DIRFloortime® practitioner, with support from her husband, Jason.

be™ grew from Liz and Jason’s successful allied health practice, Beyond Words Therapy Centre (established 2015), which served the Sunshine Coast Hinterland through clinics in Maleny and Beerwah.

At be™, we’ve created a space where children feel safe, supported, and free to explore their interests. When children can engage in imaginative play, express themselves without fear, and follow their curiosities, they develop confidence, creativity, resilience, and a strong sense of identity.

Our motto, “be seen, be heard, be you”, reflects everything we do — ensuring families feel recognised, valued, and empowered for who they truly are.
